What is Smartboard?
Catchpoint's Smartboard is a unique and powerful tool that enables you to quickly analyze your data to home in on the cause of performance problems. It is similar to a Dashboard in that it provides visualizations of data from various sources, but it also has some advanced analytics capabilities, enabling you to dig deeper into the data and troubleshoot specific issues.
Who Uses Smartboard?
Anyone who needs to act on a performance alert and figure out the cause of the issue might begin that process using Smartboard. This would typically be someone in a Network Operations Center or other IT Infrastructure support role.
Smartboard Interface
Smartboard can be used to analyze data related to your tests, Real User Apps, individual nodes, Employee Apps, Endpoints, and Locations. All Smartboards include a Timeline at the top where you can select the time-range you want to analyze, but the other sections will vary depending on the selected Data Source.
