Getting Help
Please know, should you have a question with any of this content or Catchpoint functionality, we're just a click away. From any documentation page, you can open a support ticket, email support, or chat live from the top menu above.
If you need quick help from within the Catchpoint portal, you can always click the "Get Started" button on the top menu bar. This will give you a quick overview, short videos, and links to related articles based on wherever you are in the portal. Give it a try!
Or, if you'd prefer, click the "?" help button in the upper right of the Catchpoint portal to open the Resource Center. From there, you can contact Support, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM), make a feature request to the Product team, get product updates, search documentation, and more.
