Welcome to your Catchpoint Portal! The Portal is the main user interface for your Catchpoint system. This is where you can set up your various monitors, create dashboards to visualize your data, perform advanced troubleshooting and data analysis, and take care of administrative tasks such as creating and managing users, monitoring your points usage, etc.

We will begin with an overview of the menus and options available in the Portal UI. Note that which options you can see in the Portal will depend on which features are included in your Catchpoint contract, and also the permissions that your user account has been assigned. If there is a feature or option that you expect to see in your Portal but do not, please contact us for assistance at support@catchpoint.com.

Portal Interface

The Catchpoint Portal UI consists of the Charm Bar (horizontal blue bar at the top of the screen), Main Menu (vertical dark blue bar on the left side of the screen), and the content area where the selected feature is displayed.
