The Tile Visualization displays simple colored tiles representing a single metric from your tests or RUM apps. The color of each tile is determined by thresholds you set in the configuration. Here is an example comparing test performance in a few cities:

Configuring Tile Visualization
- Select the Tile Visualization Type
- Select the metric to be represented by the Tiles, either by entering the name of the metric or by selecting it using the List feature.
- Optionally select the metric calculation method by clicking on the metric pill and selecting an option from the dropdown. (Default is Avg.)
- Set the metric thresholds (values above/below which the Tile's color will be set).
- Choose a Tile Aggregation option. For example, if you aggregate by City, then each Tile will represent the calculated value for an entire city, rather than a Tile per node.
- Choose a "Group By" option. This determines how the Tiles are organized visually within the widget. The grouping options depend on the selected Aggregation.
- Select the default timeframe for the widget.
- Enable Other Timeframes if you want aperson viewing the Dashboard to be able to choose a different timeframe than the default, then select which Timeframes you want them to be able to choose from.
