The Table Visualization can be used to display data from your tests and Real User Metrics.

When configuring a Table, you must choose 1-3 dimensions and 1-10 metrics. Each dimension and metric you choose will be represented as a column in the table. Dimensions determine how the data from your tests is broken down, e.g. by City or by Test Type. Metrics determine exactly which data points are displayed for each combination of dimensions, and what calculation is used to generate the value.

For example, if you configure a table to display test Data, and you choose City and Test Type as dimensions, and Avg Connect time as the Metric, the resulting table would resemble this example:

In addition to displaying a calculated value, each metric column can also display a thumbnail visualization with optional thresholding color code. In the above example, a Sparkline visualization is included. Here's another example using Compare Bars:

Configuring Table Visualization

  1. Select the Table Visualization type in your Dashboard Widget.
  2. Add at least one and up to three Dimensions, either by typing their names in the Dimensions field or selecting them from the List field.
  3. Add at least one and up to ten Metrics, either by typing their names in the Metrics field or using the List feature and selecting them.
  4. Configure the display properties for each metric by clicking on its pill in the Metrics field (optional)
    1. Select the Calculation used to generate the metric. The default is Avg.
    2. Select a visualization to display next to the metric (Sparkline or Compare Bar. Defaults to none.)
    3. Enable Cell color and set threshold values for each color.
  5. Select the default timeframe for the Table.
  6. Enable Other Timeframes if you want a person viewing the Dashboard to be able to choose a different timeframe than the default. Then select which Timeframes you want them to be able to choose from.
