Time Series Visualization

The Time Series Visualization displays data from your tests or RUM Apps. It presents the data in the form of a line graph showing how the metrics have varied during the widget timeframe. In this example, web page connect time is plotted for the previous 24 hours.

Configuring Time Series Visualization

  1. Set the Visualization type to "Time Series"
  2. Input up to 10 metrics by inputting their names in the Metrics field or by selecting them via the List feature.
  3. For each metric, select the calculation method by clicking its pill and making a selection in the dropdown.
  4. Choose a Metric breakout if desired. (only available if using a single Metric.)
  5. Select the default timeframe for the widget
  6. Select the data interval for the widget. This determines how frequently the data is sampled to render the line graph.
  7. Enable Other Timeframes if you want a person viewing the Dashboard to be able to choose a different timeframe than the default, then select which Timeframes you want them to be able to choose from.
