The Usage Report helps you understand how your contract points are being consumed. It lets you see usage over various timeframes, and breaks down usage by Divisions (if enabled) and Products.
Usage reports are different from account activity reports, in that the usage data is aggregated to the Product, Division, and Client.
Accessing the Usage Report
To view the Usage Report, your user role must permit to Manage Account Properties.

Reading the Usage Report

You can use the Time Interval options to breakdown usage data by different timeframes:
- Day – Last seven days including the present day.
- Week – Last five weeks including present week.
- Month – Last five months including the current month.
- Quarter – Current and previous quarter.
The cards at the top display the following information:
- Contract Details
- Start Date – The date when your latest contract started.
- End Date – The date when your current contract expires.
- Points – The total number of points that you have purchased from Catchpoint.
- Contract Points Used – The number of points that have been used to date for your account.
- Contract Balance – The number of points that are left in your account that you can use (calculated as Points minus Contract Points Used).
- Allowance - If viewing the Usage Report at the division level, this displays the number of contract points that your administrator has allocated to the division.
The Usage Report also shows usage by Division and/or Product.

Once you click to expand the Division, you can see all the Products under that Division and the usage data for those Products.

Catchpoint also provides an option to export the data into a CSV file. To download the CSV file, click on the highlighted button on the usage report.

This report updates once per-day at 8:00 am UTC and reflects the tests that have been run until that point in the day. This means that depending on your account's timezone, you may only see partial usage data for the previous day.
