The Account Activity page displays monthly usage data for the client (or division, or both). Activity is tracked in terms of points used across various features and views used for RUM.
Getting Around
The Account Activity page includes a chart displaying daily data and a summary section showing monthly data. You can view any specific day's data by hovering over the corresponding point on the chart. Data is reported by total points used, as well as the daily average.
Tests
The test table provides details on the total test runs, daily test averages, and unique test counts. The test list includes following columns:
- Test ID — links to the test configured
- Test Name — links to the test properties
- Test Information — includes division name, network type, and monitor
- Test Runs — number of test executions during the month
- Verify on Error — number of test reruns triggered by test failures
- Avg. Request — average number of requests per test
- Avg. Steps — number of steps in web/transaction tests
- Indicators — number of metrics captured (e.g., if a test enabled one indicator and ran 1000 times, 1000 indicator metrics are captured)
- Tracepoints — number of tracepoints captured
- Captures — number of screenshots, filmstrip captures, and headers
- Enable Host— test runs with host data captured
- Enable Zone — test runs with zone data captured
- Points — usage points based on the test run details
Tracing
This tracing table reports each system used in Tracing and provides detail about the points used by each. The Tracing list includes the following columns:
- System Name — the name of the system tracing is configured for
- Service — the associated service for the system
- Transactions — number of transactions traced
- Spans — number of spans captured
Sonar Services
This sonar services table reports services enabled using points. The list includes following columns:
- Service — the name of the sonar service
- Points per day/month — number of points the service consumed per day and month
- Last Added — the date the service was last modified
- Last Updated By — the user who most recently edited the service
RUM Views
This sonar services table reports services enabled using points. The list includes following columns:
- App ID/Name — the ID and name of the RUM app
- App Type — the type of app (web or mobile)
- Total Views — the total number of views captured for the selected timeframe
- Avg Daily Views — the average number of views captured per day for the selected timeframe
Workflow
View Account Activity
- From the Settings menu in Catchpoint, click on Account Activity under the Settings tab to access the Account Activity page.
- Use the Division dropdown at the top left of the chart to select a specific client, division, or both. You can also choose the desired month from the dropdown at the center of the page.
Export Account Activity in CSV Format
1] From the Settings menu, click Account Activity under the Settings tab.
2] Use the Division dropdown to select the appropriate client, division, or both. Select the month if necessary.
3] Click the CSV button next to the month dropdown to download the data.
4] Alternatively, you can download data for a specific day by hovering over that day in the chart and clicking CSV in the popup.
Note: Account Activity data gets updated every hour.
