No Data Displayed in Explorer for Inactive Product or Folder

Problem

When using Explorer and selecting an Inactive Product or Folder as the data source, no data is displayed, even if tests contained within the Product or Folder have generated data during the selected timeframe.

Resolution

In these cases, you can view data for the tests by selecting them directly as data sources, rather than selecting the Inactive parent container. This is a known issue and Catchpoint considers it to be functioning as designed, and we do not have plans to change this behavior.
