Overview

Contracted monthly points are calculated by taking the total contracted points divided by the number of days in the contract, and then multiplying by the number of contracted days within that given month:

Contracted Monthly Points = (Total contracted points/days in the contract) * number of contracted days within the month.

The information is calculated in real-time and adjusts for contracts that start mid-month as well as the number of days in a month. The calculation is a guideline based on the total points available over the course of the contract.

How to View Contracted Monthly Points

  1. In the Catchpoint Portal, go to Settings > Account Activity
  2. The Contracted Monthly Points is shown on the upper left part of the Account Activity page.
