The Glimmer agent release (v2.16.3.xxx) introduces improved performance, reliability, and enhanced capabilities. This release also brings an update to operating system support: Cent OS7 and RHEL7 nodes now have limited compatibility for certain monitors.

Why These Changes Are Happening?
Catchpoint’s agent depends on external packages for Playwright and Puppeteer monitors. These packages are no longer maintained for CentOS 7 or RHEL 7, which means:
- Starting with the Glimmer release, Playwright and Puppeteer monitors cannot be updated or fixed on these operating systems.
All other monitor types remain fully supported.
