Overview
LogicMonitor provides access to Catchpoint Digital Experience Monitoring directly from the LogicMonitor portal.
If Catchpoint has been enabled for your account, you can access the Catchpoint portal from the Digital Experience option in the LogicMonitor portal.

The Digital Experience button is located in the left navigation menu.
Before You Begin
To access Catchpoint from the LogicMonitor portal:
- Your organization must have Catchpoint enabled.
- Your user account must have the required permissions.
- You must be able to log in to the LogicMonitor portal.
If you are unsure whether Catchpoint is enabled for your organization, contact your LogicMonitor administrator or LogicMonitor Support.
How to Access the Catchpoint Portal
- Log in to the LogicMonitor portal.
- In the left navigation menu, select Digital Experience.
- The Catchpoint portal opens in a new browser tab.
You will use the same login experience as the LogicMonitor portal.
Do not use a separate Catchpoint portal link unless your LogicMonitor administrator or LogicMonitor Support specifically instructs you to do so.
What to Expect
When Catchpoint access is enabled for your organization:
- The Digital Experience option appears in the left navigation menu.
- Selecting Digital Experience opens the Catchpoint portal in a new browser tab.
- You can begin using Catchpoint Digital Experience Monitoring based on the permissions assigned to your user account.
If You Do Not See Digital Experience
- Confirm you are logged in to the correct LogicMonitor portal.
- Confirm your user account has the required access.
- Contact your LogicMonitor administrator or LogicMonitor Support.
If Digital Experience Does Not Open Catchpoint
If selecting Digital Experience does not open the Catchpoint portal, your account may not yet be fully enabled for Catchpoint access.
Contact your LogicMonitor administrator or LogicMonitor Support and include the following information:
- Your LogicMonitor portal name or account.
- Your username or email address.
- A description of what happens when you select Digital Experience.
- Any error message you see.
If You Receive an Authentication Error
If you receive an authentication error when launching Catchpoint:
- Sign out of the LogicMonitor portal.
- Sign back in.
- Select Digital Experience again from the left navigation menu.
- If the issue continues, contact your LogicMonitor administrator or LogicMonitor Support.
Key Reminder
To access Catchpoint, always start from the LogicMonitor portal:

The Digital Experience button is available from the left navigation menu when Catchpoint access is enabled for your account.
