Why is WebPageTest.org moving to a new UI?
WebPageTest.org is moving to the new UI within the Catchpoint Portal to provide users with enhanced features, a more integrated experience and a seamless upgrade to Enterprise accounts. This transition aims to leverage advanced capabilities to offer a more robust and user-friendly platform.
Will my login credentials remain the same?
Yes, your login credentials will remain the same. You will use your current username and password to access your account in the new UI.
What happens to my existing data and test results?
All your existing data and test results will be available under “Legacy History” in the new UI. You will have access to your historical data and can continue to use it for analysis and reporting.
I use the API to pull data, will any of the integrations change when moving to the new UI?
Your existing API will continue to work until further notice is provided. However, with the new UI we are also utilizing REST API. Detailed documentation on the available endpoints can be accessed here.
What new features will be available in the New User Experience?
The New User Experience will offer several new features for Pro plans, including the ability to create scheduled tests and alerts, enhanced analytics via Smartboard and the ability to add additional users. These features are designed to provide deeper insights and better performance management.
What is Smartboard and how does it work?
Smartboard is an advanced analytics and visualization dashboard that empowers users to gain deep insights into their web performance, enabling proactive monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
Will there be any changes to the pricing plans?
There are no anticipated changes to the existing pricing plans. However, we have added additional pricing plans, including the Expert and Enterprise plans. The Expert Plan includes the addition of RUM pageviews and Session Replay, while the Enterprise Plan offers features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), scalable options based on organizational needs, and access to advanced features like, Internet Sonar and Stack Map.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
You can upgrade or change your plan through the New UI by accessing the Upgrade to Pro module in the lefthand navigation menu or for Pro plans on the Billing and Invoices page under the settings module.
Where do I update billing information?
Billing information can be updated through the new UI by accessing the Billing and Invoices page under the settings module.
How do I provide feedback on the new UI?
Within the new UI you will find options to provide feedback in the top menu bar as well as under your account settings.
