The Alerts list lets you view and manage Alerts generated by your Tests.
On this page, you can perform the following actions:
- Acknowledge - assigns the alert to you. This is useful for letting other Catchpoint users know that an Alert has been acknowledged and doesn't require their attention.
- Drop - removes the acknowledgement of the selected alert(s).
- Assign To - same as Acknowledge, but allows you to assign the alert to another Catchpoint user.
- Pause/Resume Alert - when you are investigating an ongoing issue you may not want to continue to receive expected alerts about it. You can pause the alert in this case.
- Smartboard - open the Smartboard for the test that generated the selected alert.
