Certain Alert Types allow you to classify triggers into two categories, Warning and Critical. You can control the frequency of reminder notifications that get sent if a test's condition does not improve. The Reminders settings in the Alert Properties page allows you to set the frequency at which reminders are sent out for each level of alert.
The screenshot below shows all available options for the reminder frequency and the location in the New Alert dialogue.
