# Support email subscription

Catchpoint allows one to receive subscription-based updates via email regarding product release notes, node infrastructure updates, knowledge development, and node run rates.

- **Product Release Notes**: Product release updates will be sent.
- **Node Infrastructure Updates**: Node Infrastructure related updates will be sent.
- **Knowledge Development**: One will receive newsletters, invites to webinars and new video emails.
- **Node Run Rate***: Client users will receive run rate reports for **Enterprise or Private Nodes** that they own.

**Node Run Rate is the ratio of completed test runs over all attempted runs for a node within a fixed time interval. It is represented as x%.*

**Please Note:**

1. **View Enterprise Nodes** should be checked in User roles. Users with **View Properties** checked will have read-only access to the Nodes page in the Nodes Module
2. **Division level users** will only see nodes on the Nodes page (Node Module) that are in their division, and will only receive run rate reports for those same nodes. **Client level users** will only see nodes on the Nodes page(Node Module) and receive reports for nodes at the Client level.
3. Each Node Run Rate report will contain a list of all nodes that are in the Warning or Critical run rate state. No report will be sent if there are no applicable nodes in the **Warning or Critical state**, or if there are no changes in state from any nodes.
