# Servicetrace Integration

## **Introduction**

Servicetrace allows Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Application Performance Monitoring, and Automated Software Testing. With Servicetrace's automation solutions, organizations can launch their Enterprise Automation Journey safely, quickly, and easily. Many global players across all industries trust the multi-patented technology, among them many of the 2,000 largest European companies. [www.servicetrace.com](http://www.servicetrace.com)

With this integration, we are allowing to run automated monitoring for software in Servicetrace and getting the data into Catchpoint. This will be used to monitor uses cases that are not available with Catchpoint, for example monitoring Citrix applications.

The use case captures time taken to complete each action, multiple actions are combined to build a user journey.
