Catchpoint SaaS Real User Configuration
This document will walk you through how to configure the Catchpoint SaaS Real User Extension.
Prerequisites
- Chromium Browser
- Catchpoint RUM App created with an AppID
- Catchpoint SaaS Real User zip
Install Extension
This section covers installing the chrome extension: - Download the rum.zip file and install in your browser extensions directly with developer mode enabled by clicking Load Unpacked and selecting the folder of the unzipped extension.

- After you install the extension, you can access it by clicking on the icon (Catchpoint POC) in the top right-hand corner of the browser.
Configuring the Agent
- Add the applications that you want to monitor by listing the urls comma separated, i.e.
As well as the AppID that can be found from within the Catchpoint portal under Control Center -> RUM:
- Click Register Script
