# Portal Login Security

You will get three attempts to correctly enter your password. Although this added security measured is required after the third attempt to login into an account, there is **no limit to the number of attempts**, and you will not be locked out of your account for trying multiple times.

If needed, you can select the **Forgot Password** option to have password reset instructions emailed to you.
