# Portal Banners Payment, Out of Contract, & Expired Trials

Catchpoint notifies users of late payment, overdue payment, late renewal contracts, and expired trials.

**Late Payment Status (1-day past invoice due date)**

Payment is at least 1 day late. There is no impact to service.

**Overdue Payment Status (45 days past invoice due date)**

Payment is at least 45 days overdue. Ability to access data is restricted. Scheduled tests will still run and collect data.

**Out of Contract (Late Renewal)**

The customer is now out of contract. Ability to access data is restricted. Scheduled tests will still run and collect data for a maximum of 2 weeks.

**Expired Trial Accounts**

Once your account has been expired, you can log in to your account but you will no longer have access to view the tests or any data.
