Catchpoint notifies users of late payment, overdue payment, late renewal contracts, and expired trials.
Late Payment Status (1-day past invoice due date)
Payment is at least 1 day late. There is no impact to service.

Overdue Payment Status (45 days past invoice due date)
Payment is at least 45 days overdue. Ability to access data is restricted. Scheduled tests will still run and collect data.

Out of Contract (Late Renewal)
The customer is now out of contract. Ability to access data is restricted. Scheduled tests will still run and collect data for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Expired Trial Accounts
Once your account has been expired, you can log in to your account but you will no longer have access to view the tests or any data.
