Follow these steps to add Catchpoint to your OneLogin SAML portal.
-
Start by logging in to your OneLogin dashboard, then go to the Company Apps page.

-
Search for SAML Test Connector (IdP w/attr), and select it.

-
On the Add SAML Test Connector (IdP w/attr) page, enter a Display Name (we recommend "Catchpoint", so the application's purpose is clear to all users). Also, add rectangular and/or square icons (optional).

-
Open the Configuration tab, and add your ACS (Consumer) URL Validator and ACS (Consumer) URL (both required). Their values are:
- ACS (Consumer) URL Validator:
https\:\/\/portal.catchpoint.com\/UI\/Entry\/SingleSignOn\.aspx - ACS (Consumer) URL:
https://portal.catchpoint.com/UI/Entry/SingleSignOn.aspx
- ACS (Consumer) URL Validator:

-
Open the Parameters tab, then click Add Parameter.

-
For Field name, type namespace then click Save. Back on the Parameters page, select your newly-created namespace parameter, and enter your unique namespace in the Value text box (this is a value determined by you, the client admin, which is then input into both your SAML provider and Catchpoint).

-
On the SSO tab, copy the following URLs, as you will need to input them into your Catchpoint SSO settings:
- Issuer URL
- SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP)
- SLO Endpoint (HTTP)

-
On that same page, click View Details to view the (9) X.509 Certificate for your SSO configuration. Copy the certificate.

-
Open your SSO settings in Catchpoint, and enter your unique namespace. Also, add the copied-over values for issuer URL, Single Sign-On URL, Single Logout URL, and Certificate. Click Save.
