# Information on systemauto Alias

**Scenario**: You may see the alias '*[systemauto@catchpoint.com](mailto:systemauto@catchpoint.com)*' deactivate tests in the changelog without manual intervention or any user making changes to the test properties

**Explanation**: 'systemauto@catchpoint.com' alias represents *systemauto* which is an account that is used for top-level admin work such as the background jobs for scheduled cleanup activity.

In a scenario where you might see 'systemauto@catchpoint.com' in the changelog / deactivate some tests, then Catchpoint has a job that deactivates tests when they are past their end time. When you set up a new test, you are asked to specify a Start time and End time. It is this end time the job considers.

NOTE: This functionality does not delete tests or objects.
