Division id is a mandatory field while using Terraform to create or modify tests. In order to find the division ID of the client level, or the division level please follow the steps given below.
- If you are at the client level and want to create tests at the client level itself. Make sure you are logged into the client level in the Catchpoint portal and your view should be like below.
If you are in a division it will show up here.
But in case you have access to only a specific division then your view will not include the division switcher and resemble like below.
But you can still follow the below steps to get the division_id for the client level or any division level as per your requirement. The only difference is that when searching for client level division_id you will see division name as "default" but if you are logged into any division and want the division_id of that particular division then you will see the division name too.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+i (Command+Option+i) or hit right click and Inspect to open dev tools and select Elements.
- Reload the page once to make sure the elements tab is up to date.
- In the elements section search for "divisionId" by pressing Ctrl+F.
