Overview
Error 12152 is an "invalid HTTP server response" error which indicates that the server response cannot be parsed. This indicates that the server is returning an invalid response for some reason. Our agent relies on Microsoft's Network Library to make the requests which may lead to this response.
Example
There are instances where third party providers use "bot breaker" cookies that return an out-of-format response, causing this error. Failed test results may not provide response headers, as the system dumps the out-of-format response.
What to do
It is important to confirm with the provider if Catchpoint is being blocked, or if they are using DOS/bot filters. If this is the case, work with the provider to have these filters removed to get a valid response.
