Enterprise Node OS and Supported Versions

CentOS 7 is at end-of-support, and is scheduled for end-of-life on June 30, 2024. Catchpoint will cease support for this operating system on May 1st, 2024.

Catchpoint requires customers to migrate to any of the supported versions of Linux listed below by this date, and will provide a path to upgrade by the end of January, 2024.

Catchpoint rolls out new versions of the Enterprise Node software regularly, and sometimes releases hotfixes between versions. To benefit from the latest feature functionality, security, performance enhancements, and defect fixes, Catchpoint recommends ensuring that your Enterprise Nodes stay up to date with the latest version.

Catchpoint provides technical support and upgrades to the Enterprise Node Software and Operating System versions listed below:

Enterprise Node:

  • v1.13.7 (released February 2023) or later

The Enterprise Node version can be found in the Catchpoint portal by navigating to Nodes > Instances and looking in the Version column.

  • Amazon Linux 2
  • Rocky Linux 8.x
  • RedHatLinux RHEL8.x and 9.x
  • Oracle Linux 8.x
  • Ubuntu

Enterprise Node Instances that do not adhere to the support matrix above will be advised to upgrade via messages in the Catchpoint Portal with links to our upgrade documentation.
