# Enabling Call Quality Monitoring

Catchpoint Endpoint Monitoring has the ability to monitor Microsoft Teams call quality. You can only access this feature if you are running Endpoint version **3.7.1.1252** or later. When installing the Endpoint Agent, you will be prompted to install **nProbe**, which captures network-layer performance metrics such as **Throughput** and **Data Sent / Received**. Simply select **Yes** and complete the installation.

Once this option is installed, you will start seeing Call Quality metrics on the Smartboard which will be represented in mustard Color on the spotlight/timeline.

In order to look at the data that nProbe provides, you will need to make sure that Microsoft Teams as an application is added as an Employee App in your Endpoint configuration.

On the Smartboard, you can now move on to App to check your call quality/performance:

The data here is aggregated and shown in 5-minute windows:
