Some Gmail users have reported that alert emails from Catchpoint don't include images.
How to Display Chart Images
From your Gmail account, if you are seeing Display images below or Always display images from alerts@catchpoint.com, make sure to select/enable this option. This way you will always have the charts displayed moving forward.
