**What is the role of my Customer Success Manager? **

Upon purchasing Catchpoint you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). As their title suggests, the primary goal of the Customer Success Manager is to ensure your company is successful in using our products, and receiving maximum value as soon as possible. Your CSM will facilitate training, on-boarding, licensing, and will offer guidance and best practices. Our Customer Success Team is composed of tenured individuals who have worked with companies across all industries on their performance-monitoring strategies. Your CSM will be your champion, your advocate, and your day-to-day contact.
