Introduction
Gmail users may receive Catchpoint emails in the Promotions tab instead of the easier to view Primary tab. This is due to Gmail’s “Tabbed” feature. Users will need to change their settings and select which emails will show up in their Primary tab.
Here are a few options for users to receive their Catchpoint emails in the Primary tab:

Drag and Drop
Left-click and hold on the Catchpoint email to drag it from the Promotions tab over to the Primary tab. -
Right-Click
With some browsers, the user can simply right-click on the email which brings up the option to move to the Primary tab. -
Starred Message
Marked messages will appear in the Primary tab
When you move the message to Primary, Gmail will ask if all future Catchpoint emails should land in the Primary tab.

Don’t Opt for Promotions Tab
If a user does not opt for the Promotions tab, all the emails will land in the Primary tab. -
Cog Wheel
Click on the Cog Wheel to configure your inbox setting. Here is an illustration:
