**Configuring Bar Chart Visualization**

1. Select the **Bar Chart - Grouped** visualization type
2. Select a **Dimension**, which determines what each bar will represent. For Example, if you choose **City**, each bar will represent data from a different city.
3. Select up to 10 metrics to be represented by the bars, either by entering the name of the metric or by selecting it through the list feature.
4. Select the metric calculation method by clicking on the metric pill and selecting an option from the dropdown. (default is **Avg.**)
5. Choose a **Metric Breakout** if desired. (Only available if using a single metric.)
6. Choose a **Sort by** option which determines the order in which the bars will be displayed.
7. Select the **Default Timeframe** for the widget
8. Enable **Other Timeframes** if you want a person viewing the dashboard to be able to choose a different timeframe than the default, then select which timeframes you want them to be able to choose from.
