Overview
Ad blockers such as AdGuard installed on Windows or in your browser can block some items in the Catchpoint Portal.
Example
When viewing and modifying test properties through a browser with an adblocker installed, the overridden "Advanced Settings" section may not list the "Add Settings" dropdown items.
Solution
To avoid this type of issue you may try any of the following:
- Make sure there are no ad blocker software/extensions installed when accessing the Catchpoint Portal
- Temporarily disable any ad blocker software/extensions when accessing the Catchpoint Portal
- Add exceptions for the domain
